The main challenge was to translate, in a simple and direct communication, SoulDhom's differential compared to the traditional market, highlighting high yield and security (backed product, regulated by the Central Bank). I structured the navigation and content with clear benefits — from the predictability of fixed income to advisory support, including the exclusivity of the portfolio and financial mentoring offered.
The flow leads the user to the investment form in an intuitive way, with answers to frequently asked questions, encouragement to compare with traditional options (savings, Selic), and highlighting concrete results (+8 million moved, more than 6,000 families impacted). Bonuses like networking, exclusive material, and personalized support add value to the customer journey.
Results
The new website boosted the number of qualified leads, encouraged diversification of the investor base, and reinforced SoulDhom's authority in the real assets segment. The communication reinforced reliability, highlighting the uncomplicated investment process, superior return, and specialized mentoring – generating an increase in inquiries, conversions, and client satisfaction.
Conclusion
Participating in this project meant creating an experience that goes beyond financial investment: it facilitated access to information, security, and consistent results, helping to realize the dreams of thousands of Brazilian investors. SoulDhom became a digital reference in guidance and performance, bringing together prosperity, transparency, and purpose.
