The simplyORTHO Meeting is more than a congress: it is a global community that has inspired and connected thousands of orthodontics specialists since 2017. The event returns in 2025, bringing together professionals from over 40 countries in Bucharest for two days of training, networking, and the sharing of revolutionary techniques. As part of this collaborative spirit, I was responsible for developing the event's official website, focusing on transforming the digital experience of the participants: I highlighted the unique benefits (such as access to recordings, practical workshops, and a VIP gala), the ease of buying tickets, and captured all the energy of the simplyORTHO community in every visual and functional detail.

Challenge and Solution
The main challenge was to create an engaging digital environment that went beyond the typical event page: it was essential to reflect the inclusive, innovative, and intimate nature of the simplyORTHO community, facilitating navigation between ticket options (Standard, Premium, VIP, and Student), promoting networking, and reinforcing the sense of belonging, including through initiatives like the simplyORTHO polo.
The layout was designed to highlight the diversity of speakers, the carefully planned program (TADs Day, Aligners Day), exclusive benefits (Gala Dinner, access to recorded content), and the premium location (Radisson Blu, Bucharest). Every element of the website facilitates the participant's decision-making process, encouraging engagement and early registration.
Results
The new digital presence accelerated ticket sales (with a special emphasis on VIP tickets, limited to 50 seats), boosted the event's international reach, and consolidated the simplyORTHO Meeting as a reference in training and networking for orthodontists across Europe and beyond. The clarity of information and the browsing experience were highly praised by both registrants and sponsors.
Conclusion
Participating in this project meant uniting technology and community around a common goal: elevating orthodontics to an international level, creating opportunities for learning, sharing, and genuine collaboration. Today, the simplyORTHO Meeting website reflects this commitment – serving as the digital meeting point where new ideas, professional friendships, and clinical excellence are nurtured.
