DoupCustomer is a digital platform created to elevate the Doup client experience to the highest level of transparency, autonomy, and ease of communication. The goal was clear: to offer an exclusive space where each client can track, in real time, the progress of their projects — from the schedule to files, approvals, and reports — all on an intuitive and practical dashboard.

Challenge and Solution

The challenge was to centralize the management of multiple projects and thousands of tasks in an agile and organized digital environment, fostering a sense of partnership and total control for the client. I structured clear workflows for project statuses (in progress, review, completed), task history, file uploads, calendar integration, and detailed daily activity tracking.

Each client has secure access to the progress of their projects, and can approve, send feedback, or make custom requests to the team. The platform was designed to eliminate communication noise, accelerate approval processes, and strengthen the bond of trust between the client and the Doup team.

Results

The DoupCustomer platform brought gains in productivity and customer satisfaction: more agile communication, full visibility of project progress, a reduction in recurring questions, and an increased approval rate on first review. The sense of transparency and control provided a true partnership experience, generating extremely positive feedback from customers.
